Yes, we do provide leads. Within a short period of time, you may have more leads and opportunities than you can handle.
Q: How long is training?
Upon joining our firm, you will go through 2-4 weeks of onboarding training that will cover sales and brokerage. We also require monthly accountability check-ins to make sure you are hitting your goals and to troubleshoot any issues you are facing. You will have access to one-on-one training at your disposal.
Q: Are there any fees to join?
There are NO desk fees. We will provide training, leads, business cards, and marketing materials.
Q: Do I have to have a NC Real Estate License?
Yes, you must have your NC Real Estate License or be in the process of completing the course. We also encourage you to get your SC Real Estate License.
