Here’s how we have such a high lead-conversion rate on our team.

We’ve created a unique system for generating and sharing leads with our agents that levels the playing field. We do not play favorites. Once you go through our training program, you will be put on our Agent of Duty (AOD) schedule if you’ve earned that right.

Here’s how it works: the day you are the AOD you will get ALL of the leads that we generate from our various lead sources. ALL LEADS NO MATTER HOW THEY COME TO US. You get the leads for a 24-hour period from 9:00 a.m. to 8:59 a.m. the following day. Any lead the company generates goes directly to whoever is the AOD. The leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, our proprietary websites,incoming calls, walk-ins, etc.

I pay for all the leads for our agents! We also handle ALL of your social media marketing and help you promote your business.

To become an Agent of Duty, you have to earn it by going through our proprietary sales training program. The training program is approximately 30 hours of classroom training spread out over two to three weeks. All of the agents on our “A TEAM”  go through sales training, brokerage training, and onboarding. Once you’ve gone through the training, you’ll know how to work the leads we provide. We also provide in-depth brokerage training and strategy sessions so you know how to be a great real estate agent.

Our training program is very unique and highly effective. For those who grasp our concept, it becomes like a money-making machine. Our number’s don’t lie. We have a conversion rate of 95%, whereas the industry average is 10%.
