Here’s how Whitney Gibson is on track to build a strong business.

Today I’m joined by Whitney Gibson, one of our newer agents, for a conversation about her experience working with us. Whitney has been with us for a few months now after a previous career in sales in another industry.

For starters, she thought the training program was great. Learning the way we do things and the lessons we teach would have come in handy at her last job, but now she’s excelling in the real estate field as a result.

Before she came to us, she felt like she had a good toolset to find out prospects’ needs, but understanding the psychology behind these kinds of conversations has made things much easier. Whitney has earned two clients in just two months on our team. The more she goes through the process, the more it hammers home that it’s the right thing for her to do. 

A lot of buyers who come to us aren’t quite sure of what they want at first. Our training program teaches our agents to be disarmingly honest, straightforward, and ask the right questions to help them understand what the clients want, when they want it, and how they want to go about it.
