We’re looking for one or two dedicated people to fill a position.

We’re built in such a way that we can’t afford to bring on 30 people at a time, which is one of the reasons why we’ve always been small. However, throughout the years, we’ve always been one of the top-producing real estate firms in the greater Charlotte area, even though we typically have fewer than 20 agents in our brokerage.

We’re looking for one or two dedicated people who really want to make this a career. If you think real estate is a get-rich-quick scheme, this job is not for you. If you’re going to stick with it come thick or thin and you have a long vision, we could use somebody like you, and we’ll put your career on a great path. About Mike Sposato

Mike Sposato has been a TOP PRODUCING AGENT AND OWNER of Carolina Realty Advisors since 2001. Prior to getting into real estate, Mike got his degree in Education from Fairmont State College and also earned his Master Practitioner Certification in NLP. These 2 major accomplishments helped Mike when he initially moved to Charlotte in the late 90’s and worked in Corporate America in a business-to-business sales role. While in Corporate America, Mike worked for a Fortune 100 Company where he was named the “Rookie of the Year” in his first year in sales and then won “Account Executive of the Year” back to back years before being promoted into the role of “Area Sales Manager”. Since getting into the real estate business full time in Charlotte, Mike has had over 1,000 closings and sold well over $100,000,000 in real estate.

All of this is important for you because Mike has a teaching degree, sales training/management background, and has actually been a TOP PRODUCER for his entire 20 year real estate career. It is often said that if you want to learn how to do something at a high producing level, that you ought to seek out someone who is already successful and model their behavior.
